Why build a tool for managing deals and monitoring the performance of sales associates?

  • Accumulating and organizing stakeholders’ data in one place
  • Generating reports to optimize the performance of one or multiple departments in different demographics
  • Improving internal communication through tools like notifications, automated emails/texts, etc.

What is the core need for this tool?

  • The sales head and senior management of the company want to track the progress of the deals when they assign them to their sales associates.
  • As the sales team is dispersed all over the world, they need a common interface to generate internal performance reports and also stay on par with company goals.

Product Solution and its scope:

  • Collaborative CRM is the platform upon which the solution is built and after taking feedback from the business leaders and sales associates

This feature of integrating the calendar is helpful for the sales team to be on track with the schedule of meetings and the task to-do list.

2) Contacts

Integrating the contacts within the CRM will help the team to record, track and analyze the calls and messages. This will be insightful for the sales team to be productive and improvise on the constructive feedback received from its peers

3) Deals

The important aspect of this application is the ‘Deals’ part. It consists of many modules which include the creation of deals, adding CTA to specific deals, accessing the log activity and many more.
